With over 35 years of experience in the agro-export industry, he is the driving force behind Unique Organics Limited, a globally recognized Star Export House specializing in the processing and export of spices, food, and feed ingredients to over 20 countries. Under his leadership, the company has not only achieved remarkable growth but has become a cornerstone of India’s export industry, proudly ranking among the top 500 mid-sized corporate growing companies by Inc500 Magazine in 2013.
Mr. Kanodia’s passion for entrepreneurship goes beyond his business success. He is a committed mentor and educator, dedicated to empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. In 2013, he founded Business Minds, a platform designed to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with hands-on export training. Drawing from his wealth of experience, Mr. Kanodia offers personalized 1-on-1 mentorship, guiding individuals through every step of establishing and running a successful export business. With over 200 successful trainees under his guidance, he has earned a reputation for nurturing leaders who not only excel in business but also become pillars of their communities.
Beyond his professional acumen, Mr. Kanodia is a lifelong learner with a deep love for culture and personal development. A passionate theater enthusiast, he frequents Jawahar Kala Kendra, where he finds inspiration in the art of storytelling and performance. A mission was undertaken under United Nation's Development Programme for promoting quality and export of Indian spices and Mr.Kanodia was a member of the mission team.
He is also associated with Mission Niryatak Bano - a campaign by the government of Rajasthan to promote aspiring exporters in the state.
He was appointed by Rajasthan Export PromotionCouncil (REPC) as an honorary trainer/mentor for imparting practical trainingtobuddingentrepreneurs
With his extensive experience of 30 successful years in agro-exports, he has trained and developed more than 200 aspiring candidates of which many have become successful entrepreneurs.
Mr. Kanodia’s influence extends beyond business and mentorship. He is deeply involved in philanthropic endeavors, supporting causes through his association with organizations like the Hare Krishna Movement, Akshay Patra Foundation, and Satya Sai Foundation.
